Last updated: June 2026
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you visit our website and what rights you have. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the company named in our imprint. You can reach us at the contact details provided there for any questions regarding data protection.
2. Hosting and server log files
When you access our website, the hosting provider's server automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the server request and IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for the operation of the site and are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Optional cookies (e.g. for analytics or marketing) are only used after you have given your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future and configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law.
To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details in the imprint.
